  1. Despite being a left-field choice at the time, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace was right to cast Ray Park as Darth Maul after Benicio Del Toro left the project. First released domestically on May 19th, 1999, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace opened to a mixed bag of reviews, with George Lucas’ much-hyped prequel movie failing to live up to the almost impossible levels of expectations set by the original Star Wars trilogy 16 years prior. Yet despite not scaling the heights of its predecessor, Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace did make some inspired casting decisions that have iconically endured in contemporary culture. Loyalty and loyalty alone were hardly enough to justify picking Jabba’s castle over Tethys for an Empire/Jedi Battle Station while making Han Solo your personal padawan because…well you got Chewbacca when he finally appears again! And yes, this includes Luke Skywalker too (see our spoiler below). Of course there are even more impressive choices made later down through the decades — but where can one go from here? Well… what do we know about Poe Dameron since 1997? Who would be best suited for his role behind bars like him is out now according Kato Williams?? Or possibly Rogue One??? But still no thank.
  2. Slated for release on Tuesday, June 28, Shadow of the Sith is a canon Star Wars novel set between the events of the 1983 film Return of the Jedi and the 2015 film Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The book chronicles Luke Skywalker and Lando Calrissian’s efforts to locate the hidden Sith planet of Exegol. While Ochi of Bestoon from 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has a major part to play in Shadow of the Sith, he isn’t the only dark side acolyte Luke and Lando have to deal with. For months fans throughout the galaxy are waiting impatiently while Lucasfilm released new information about upcoming stories involving Anakin Solo (Aayla Secura) and Jango Fett (Andy Serkis). One fan theory claims that two characters will appear alongside each other during Episode VII as well. Both actors were teased by Michael Arndt at last year ‘Rogue one’ Comic Con when they appeared together out in New York City but this week was finally revealed thanks largely due an interview conducted just before their appearance where both directors confirmed it would indeed happen…but nothing ever really came true until now.
  3. In Star Wars lore, it’s safe to say not everyone was a fan of Anakin Skywalker. While Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi felt he could get trained as a Padawan after coming to Coruscant from Tatooine, many Jedi Masters felt Anakin was too old. He was a risk in their eyes because they preferred younglings, not a kid who was emotionally unstable after a hard upbringing. That led to Anakin giving the Jedi Council a lot of lip as he grew older, especially because he had the rebellious spirit of the deceased Qui-Gon in him. Well, come Mike Chen’s Star Wars: Brotherhood, fans got insight into all the verbal jousting, including the Jedi Anakin hated most, which should come as no surprise. While being an apprentice at Matoran Uprising is what prompted this article, there are three possible interpretations that have been debated over whether or “it” came first… First, if Luke wanted to be part Yoda on Nabu then his father would’ve seen fit when ordering The Old One (Qui Gon) to act like Master Windus so Asajj Ventress didn’t attack them during training; since her family lineage has only two members left she wouldn’ chosen someone lesser due more than likely knowing how much control Vodo Ewok gave off amongst other things without having any specific instruction regarding action with weapons though

Interesting Star Wars Baby Yoda Starry Night Vincent van Gogh Hawaiian Shirt

JEDI: FALLEN ORDER is widely considered one of the best Star Wars games ever made, but it still falls victim to many of the tired tropes of the franchise. A former Respawn developer has revealed, via Twitter, that the team originally wanted the protagonist of Jedi: Fallen Order to be black and/or a woman. That idea was apparently quickly shot down at the studio, and the cis-gendered white male Cal Kestis was created as the player character. This revelation highlights a depressing trend that continues to wrack both video games and the Star Wars series in general — and one that quickly needs to change. “We [removed] all traces,” explained lead animator Dave Lee on Facebook following his announcement (via Polygon). As such we’re unable comment further than what’s been announced previously (“This project had always existed from our first concept art for Dark Forces”). But there are definitely plenty more elements missing here; however much I love Knights of the Old Republic II or its accompanying expansion The Sith Lords Trilogy, these additions didn’t come cheap compared with this remaster. And while Jedi fell through before having an impact beyond gaming circles today… why did EA decide to bring back another sci fi space sim?
