  1. StarWars.com: To cover some of your background before working on the novelization, you’d written the Star Wars Legends novel, The New Jedi Order: Vector Prime, which kicked off that series in 1999. How did you come to write for Star Wars and what attracted you to that realm? LucasFilm/Disney senior producer Brian Grazer : I worked as a staff writer at Lucasfilm during its original run from 1977-1979. While there, my attention was drawn by three important projects – A Christmas Carol (included both audio and video versions), Alien 3, starring Robert Shaw – and more recently Jumanji. After graduating from USC Law School with degrees focusing mainly online law, I wrote two books called Legal Education Made Easy entitled Practical Online Jurisprudence & Applied Internet Marketing titled Digital Privacy under Uncertainty Management In Practice covering topics ranging through content filtering and domain name registrars into consumer privacy policie.
  2. The middle chapter of the prequel trilogy, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, arrived May 16, 2002. To celebrate the movie’s 20th anniversary, StarWars.com presents Clones at 20, a special series of interviews, editorials, and more. Action! Romance! Yoda with a lightsaber for the first time?! Star Wars: Attack of the Clones has it all, and we’re celebrating the 20th anniversary of the film in a big way. From your favorite quips by the sass master Obi-Wan Kenobi, to swoon-worthy declarations of love, this list features an Episode II quote for every situation. (We know you want them!) These are just a sample from our exclusive interview collection — complete up-to date on each show’s page or via RSS feed below…. “I would like two things but I can’t give ’em both.” -Clone Councilor Cade Skywalker During his brief stint as Jedi Master during The Clone War against Separatist forces,[7] Mace Windu was able create peace between species—by destroying life forms which threatened only himself alone. After years under General Grievous’ tutelage in Mandalore
  3. Despite being a left-field choice at the time, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace was right to cast Ray Park as Darth Maul after Benicio Del Toro left the project. First released domestically on May 19th, 1999, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace opened to a mixed bag of reviews, with George Lucas’ much-hyped prequel movie failing to live up to the almost impossible levels of expectations set by the original Star Wars trilogy 16 years prior. Yet despite not scaling the heights of its predecessor, Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace did make some inspired casting decisions that have iconically endured in contemporary culture. Loyalty and loyalty alone were hardly enough to justify picking Jabba’s castle over Tethys for an Empire/Jedi Battle Station while making Han Solo your personal padawan because…well you got Chewbacca when he finally appears again! And yes, this includes Luke Skywalker too (see our spoiler below). Of course there are even more impressive choices made later down through the decades — but where can one go from here? Well… what do we know about Poe Dameron since 1997? Who would be best suited for his role behind bars like him is out now according Kato Williams?? Or possibly Rogue One??? But still no thank.

Ahsoka, the highly-anticipated live-action series starring Rosario Dawson as the titular togruta former Jedi first seen in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, has officially begun production. The news comes from Disney+ itself, who shared a seemingly standard behind-the-scenes picture of a director’s chair emblazoned with the show’s stylized title. But those who’ve kept up with Star Wars in recent years know full well what that hat dangling off the side means. Ticket sources tell us all about just how exciting this is for fans and it was announced earlier today via Twitter by Joonas Hogberg at THR : “StarWars will be filmed on location across Europe next year! #liveOnTheSky.” So if there are any questions surrounding why filming would take place entirely within London then these tweets may provide answers… but they won’t answer them necessarily since other scenes seem to have been shot elsewhere during summer (yes I’m aware many locations require extensive scouting before shooting). At least part three seems likely; you can check out more pics here.
