First released domestically on May 19th, 1999, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace opened to a mixed bag of reviews, with George Lucas’ much-hyped prequel movie failing to live up to the almost impossible levels of expectations set by the original Star Wars trilogy 16 years prior. Yet despite not scaling the heights of its predecessor, Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace did make some inspired casting decisions that have iconically endured in contemporary culture. Loyalty and loyalty alone were hardly enough to justify picking Jabba’s castle over Tethys for an Empire/Jedi Battle Station while making Han Solo your personal padawan because…well you got Chewbacca when he finally appears again! And yes, this includes Luke Skywalker too (see our spoiler below). Of course there are even more impressive choices made later down through the decades — but where can one go from here? Well… what do we know about Poe Dameron since 1997? Who would be best suited for his role behind bars like him is out now according Kato Williams?? Or possibly Rogue One??? But still no thank.
Review Star Wars R2-D2 C-3PO SpaceShip Battle Hawaiian Shirt
- Lucas was motivated as much by common sense as a boldness to innovate. After years of working in the traditional method, he was convinced that every aspect of filmmaking could be easier, from pre-production and principal photography to post-production and distribution. The Star Wars films, among other Lucasfilm productions, granted opportunities to test and experiment new methods. Through these experiments, several different cinematographers were able find ways they had never been able before: At first Spielberg’s techniques seemed similar – very simple images with tight focus on some vital part of the scene without too many moving parts or lengthy cuts leading up until completion. But soon more complicated elements came into play using computer technology such As early as 1990 at LosAngeles’ Art Directors Conference this director Michael Bauman asked him about lighting effects which make for amazing cinematic results but also cause great headaches when set dressing can lead filmmakers to overexpose certain scenes – “What if you see something like Vader walking down street wearing gloves?
- Ahsoka, the highly-anticipated live-action series starring Rosario Dawson as the titular togruta former Jedi first seen in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, has officially begun production. The news comes from Disney+ itself, who shared a seemingly standard behind-the-scenes picture of a director’s chair emblazoned with the show’s stylized title. But those who’ve kept up with Star Wars in recent years know full well what that hat dangling off the side means. Ticket sources tell us all about just how exciting this is for fans and it was announced earlier today via Twitter by Joonas Hogberg at THR : “StarWars will be filmed on location across Europe next year! #liveOnTheSky.” So if there are any questions surrounding why filming would take place entirely within London then these tweets may provide answers… but they won’t answer them necessarily since other scenes seem to have been shot elsewhere during summer (yes I’m aware many locations require extensive scouting before shooting). At least part three seems likely; you can check out more pics here.

Before Star Wars: The Old Republic let Star Wars fans tell their own Star Wars story, there was Star Wars: Galaxies. Released in 2003, Star Wars: Galaxies brought players to the galaxy far, far away after the destruction of the Death Star but before the events of Empire Strikes Back. Players were able to create their own Star Wars character and explore iconic Star Wars locales like Tatooine and Naboo. Along their journey they would also encounter popular characters like Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, and even Watto. “It’s still a very important part,” said Dave Filoni, president at LucasArts Digital Media, which released both games when it acquired Origin back then for $20 million dollars (though later turned over that same sum). “You’re not playing with as many tools right now because you didn’t have this early access experience.” The company hasn´t confirmed if or how much time has passed between its respective releases—the latter from 2009 —but an image showing what appears out-of place icons on each game suggests these patches are due just days apart.
