The City of Farmington Hills Special Services Adults 50 & Better Division to host its annual Veterans Day Celebration, 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11 at the Costick Center, 28600 Eleven Mile Road in Farmington Hills. The event will feature an honor guard ceremony conducted by the VFW and the American Legion, a recitation of veterans’ names, and a celebratory luncheon, according to a press release.

Area veterans and their guests are welcome to attend. Registration is required by Oct. 29, by calling 248-473-1830, or registering online at recreg.fhgov.com Code#CS1200-01, or at the Costick Center front desk at 28600 Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills.

Veterans residing in Farmington or Farmington Hills, receive free admission. The cost for non-veterans is $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents. No walk-ins. The event is sponsored by American House of Farmington Hills.
