Charitable Krampus Advent exhibition in Wernstein am Inn
WERNSTEIN AM INN. The Alfred Kubin Gallery supports the “Little Krampus”, which, like every year before Christmas, collects money for disadvantaged children. This year he is bringing his third adventure with him: “The Little Krampus Becomes Famous” by Anette Smolka-Woldan, Christopher Beham and Michaela Beham-Kacerovsky
Since he wants to warm the hearts of everyone, he also has his Krampus beer, brewed by the private brewery Max und Malz, his gin, which was created with the support of the Lukas restaurant, as well as sparkling wine, provided by the Jurtschitsch winery, in his big sack included. For smaller Krampus fans, this year, for the first time, there is the little Krampus to cuddle up and for a pleasant Advent scent the Krampus candle from the Looops manufactory.
The exhibition is rounded off with works by artists from four countries (Bavaria, Austria, Italy and the Czech Republic), including Christoph Luckeneder with new light objects. The vernissage for the Advent exhibition has been canceled. The exhibition itself can be viewed on Saturday, November 27th, from 5pm to 8pm, as well as Thursday, December 2nd and Friday, December 3rd, from 6pm to 8pm and on Saturday, December 4th, from 3pm to 5pm . The newspaper Tips is giving away an exclusive Krampus candle and a 3-pack “X-mas Stout – brewed by the Little Krampus” among the readers. And so you can win: with drawings that bring joy and create something together. Children and the young at heart can bring their drawings of Little Krampus to the gallery on November 27, 2021 between 5 and 8 p.m. These are then combined into a large Krampus collage and the best three works are awarded a prize by Anette Smolka-Woldan, the illustrator of the books about the adventures of Little Krampus. The winners receive gifts from Tips from Little Krampus’ workshop like a krampus ugly christmas sweater, which he has made with a lot of love and care over the past few months.
